From one machine to a million dreams — here’s how Jainam Silk Mills wove its legacy, one thread at a time.

1990 – Where It All Began

Three young dreamers — Ashwin Gada, Tarun Gada, and Jiten Gogri — laid the foundation of Jainam Silk Mills in Mumbai. With just one machine and a single worker, they began crafting quality woven fabrics.

2001–2004 – Strengthening the Base

To support increasing demand, two new manufacturing units were set up in Bhiwandi, enhancing our production capacity and range.

2010 – The Birth of Azalia

As trends evolved, so did we. We launched Azalia, a bold and fashion-forward brand offering designer shirting fabrics for the modern man.

2014 – Stella Moda Joins the Family

Stella Moda was born — a smart-casual brand combining relaxed silhouettes with refined fabrics like cotton, linen, and innovative blends.

2021 – TQS becomes a part of Jainam

Jainam Silk Mills expanded its business portfolio by launching its garment retail brand, TQS ( The Quality Store) marketing a new chapter offering ready-to-wear apparel for men.

2024 – The ₹250 Cr Milestone

Marked a significant leap in growth with a consolidated group turnover of INR 250 Crores reflecting the company’s strong market presence and successful expansion.

1996 – First Major Milestone

Thanks to growing demand and a strong vision, we crossed a production of 1 lakh meters per month — a major breakthrough for a budding textile business.

2007 – Innovation in Width & Weave

We introduced 58-inch-wide shirting fabrics under the brand Divine Touch, redefining premium tailoring experiences across India.

2012 – Ventured into Over-The-Counter (OTC)

Jainam Silk Mills marked a significant milestone by stepping into the Over-the-Counter (OTC) fabric segment.

2019 – Ethnic Elegance, Reinvented

Recognizing emerging trends and growing demand in the ethnic fashion segment, Jainam Silk Mills diversified its offerings in 2019 by launching ‘ETHINA’ . A contemporary Ethnic wear brand for men

2022 – Spotlight at Delhi Expo

We proudly showcased over 200+ designs at the Delhi Garment Expo, receiving overwhelming love from top fashion retailers and designers across the country.

2025 & Beyond – A New Chapter

With the next generation stepping in, Jainam is preparing to launch its in-house design studio, led by Virag Gada, to deliver global trends with homegrown creativity.

  1. Established in 1995 by 3 friends and alumni of Sasmira institute: Ashwin Gada, Tarun Gada and Jiten Gogri with just 2 weaving machines. Focused on manufacturing Formal wear shirting fabrics in 36 inch width.
  2. Achieved a milestone of selling 1 lakh meters of fabric per month in 1998.
  3. Set up 2 fabric manufacturing plants for making Poly Blended fabrics with 46 and 48 weaving machines in Bhiwandi in the year 2001 and 2004.
  4. Introduced 58-inch width fabrics to its portfolio under the brand “Divine Touch” in 2007.
  5. 2008-09 retail department – Foreseeing a rise in demand for Cotton Fabrics, launched “Azalia” brand in the year 2010.
  6. Entered into Casual wear fabrics segment under the brand name “Stella Moda” in the year 2014
  7. Looking at the trend and opportunities, company diversified its business by proving wider range of Ethnic and Celebration wear Fabrics under the brand ‘ETHINA’ (Ethina Weaves LLP) in 2019
  8. 2019 – TQS (Tailored Quality Style) The group ventured into a ready made garment segment – TQS a retail brand for mens, manufactured with best quality fabrics. One stop shop faciltiy in Formal and casual shirts, Trousers and Jackets
